Ommri Berhad was formed to create and grow businesses with practical relevance, strong operating fundamentals and meaningful long-term potential. The group's activities span technology, healthcare and travel — three sectors that increasingly depend on one another.

Through RiverLens, the group develops digital systems and enterprise solutions. Through Ommri Healthcare, it delivers accessible clinical care and builds a foundation for connected healthcare services. Through Ommri Travel, it supports travel agencies, aviation distribution and pilgrimage mobility between Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.
